We are sad to announce that on February 29, 2024, at the age of 97, Jennie Sue Anderson Stout (Gainesboro, Tennessee), born in Granville, Tennessee passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Lloyd White Anderson and Maranda Bethel Anderson; her husband H. J. Stout; and her siblings, Preston, Frank Anderson and Janie Smith.
She is survived by: her daughters, Celia Smith (Dale) of Gainesboro, TN, Brenda Hawkins (James) of Gainesboro, TN and Pamela Russell (Jack) of Nashville, TN; her sister Frances Hall of Gainesboro, TN; and her grandchildren, Heather Officer (Dale), Emily Davidson (Garry), Michael Smith (Karen), James Hawkins (Shannon), Tyler Smith (Christa) and John Hawkins (Kayla). She is also survived by 9 great grandchildren and 1 great great grandchild.
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested donations for the Richmond Cemetery or charity of donor's choice. Donations may be made by contacting the business office of Anderson Upper Cumberland Funeral Home at 931- 268-1550.
