He was predeceased by: his parents, Charlie Dave Craighead and Olean Craighead; and his sister Jean Craighead Gore. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Martin Craighead of Gainesboro; his children, Chris Craighead (Carey) of Lebanon, TN., Karen Smith (Mickey) of Gainesboro and Amy Vance of Denver, CO.; his granddaughter Rachel Craighead Riley (Rob); his brother Kenneth Craighead Carthage (Ruby); and his brother-in-law Hugh Martin.
