He is survived by: his wife Gayle Terry of Gainesboro, TN; his daughter Cyndy Hornsby of Huntsville, AL; his sisters, Margarette Girgenti, Arlene Maynard of Gainesboro, TN and Paula Sue Turner of Indiana; and his grandchildren, Austin Poteet of Knoxville, TN, McKenzie and Savannah Hornsby of Huntsville, AL..
