He is survived by: his wife Betty Jo Murphy Ragland; his children, William Randall Ragland (Lisa Gail) of Whitleyville, TN, Lisa Way of Gainesboro, TN and Sandy Daws (Don) of Franklin, OH; his sisters-in-law, Sandy Ragland and Judy Ragland; his grandchildren, Shawn Way, Cody Way (Brooklyn), Nikki Gail Ragland and Deron Daws; and his great grandchildren, Blakely Way, Colson Way and Jax Way.
