He was predeceased by: his parents, Carles Clure Breeding and Thelma Virginia Breeding; his brother Lonnie Breeding; and his grandson Tryten Lugo. He is survived by: his significant other James Hammock of Celina, TN; his daughters, Tabitha Lugo of Killeen, TX and Carissa Moya of Gatesville, TX; the mother of his children Michelle Andrews of Gatesville, TX; and his siblings, Timothy Breeding (Tammy Colsmon) of Monroe, TN, Bobby Breeding of Livingston, TN, Meria Staggs of Livingston, Shirley Bullock of Rickman, TN, Stacy Long (Jeff) of Monroe, TN and Patti Bunger (Dallas) of Livingston, TN. He is also survived by Many other relatives and friends.
Visitation was held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Anderson Upper Cumberland Funeral Home, Inc. (2131 S Grundy Quarles Hwy, Gainesboro, TN 38562). A memorial service was held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
