He was predeceased by: his parents, Willis Curtis Mayfield and Evy Montgomery Mayfield. He is survived by: his children, Glenn, D'vera Wilken, Steve, Melinda Mayfield, Bob and Nedra Bishop; his grandchildren, Luke, Julie Wilken, Zack and Heather Wilken; and his children, Caleb, Jenna Mayfield, Evan, Natasha Cowlin, Ethan, Rebecca Mayfield, Christopher, Fallon Bishop, Cole, Ashley Stubblefield, David and Tiffany Vargas. He is also survived by eleven great-grandchildren.
