He is survived by: his wife Judy West Vandiver of Bloomington Springs, TN; his children, Stacy Vandiver of Cleveland, GA, Troy Vandiver (Trina) of Cleveland, GA, Dwayne Vandiver (Christy) of Cleveland, GA, Charlotte Austin of Cookeville, TN, Donna Hayes of Cookeville, TN and Kimberly Bowman (Chris) of Bloomington Springs, TN; his brothers, Harold Vandiver (Debra) of Elberton, GA, Herbert Vandiver (Carol) of Helen, GA and Eric Vandiver (Jane) of Helen, GA; his grandchildren, April Casper, Clayton Duncan, Josh Hayes, Mikayla Cash, Makenzie Bowman, Latisha Austin and Nathan Vandiver; and his great grandchildren, Katelyn Hayes, Aubree Austin, Austin Cash, Will Hayes and Connor Austin.
