He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Edna Johnson Bartlett and John Haskell; and his parents-in-law, Otto Tinch and Mildred Allred Tinch. He is survived by: his wife Patsy Tinch Bartlett; his children, Sheila Bartlett and Donald R. Bartlett Jr.; his daughter-in-law Jennifer Hall Bartlett; his grandchildren, Allison, Cody, Andrew, Conner and Cole Bartlett; his siblings, Linda Burgess (Bill), Cathy Reeder (Ronnie), Diane Armstead (Jerry), John R. Bartlett and Angie Vaughn; and his niece Sharon (Millis). He is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
