She is survived by: her boyfriend Brad Gumm of Gainesboro, TN; her children, James McCormick of Gainesboro, TN, Brandi Harris (Dion) of Michigan and Angela Goolsby (Matthew) of Granville, TN; her stepdaughters, Michelle Greene of Gainesboro, TN and Christina Goolsby of Bloomington Springs, TN; and her siblings, Bob Smith, Pat Deaushane, Sandy Taylor and Ruth Reiners. She is also survived by several Grandchildren; and 4 Great Grandchildren.
