He was predeceased by: his parents, Everett Allen and Mary Flatt Allen; his wife Emogene Gentry Allen; his son Bobby Allen; and his siblings, Gene Allen, Ray Allen, Perry Allen, Harold Allen and Mildred Dillon.
He is survived by: his children, Terry Allen (Helga) of Germany, Ricky Allen of Cookeville and Brenda Rhoten (Jimmie) of Cookeville; and his siblings, Richard Allen (Carol) of Gainesboro, Jimmy Allen of Gainesboro, Johnny Allen (Jean) of Celina, David Allen of Baxter, Jo Helen Ray of Gainesboro, Mary Phillips of Gordonsville, Diane Allen of Gainesboro and Patricia Sullivan (Phillip) of Cookeville. He is also survived by several grandchildren, several great grandchildren and several great great grandchildren also survive along with other relatives and friends.
