She was predeceased by: her parents, Ronnie Ray Carnahan, Sr. and Thelma Jean Brown Carnahan. She is survived by: her children, Michael Ward (Heidi Griggs) of Gainesboro, TN, Charolyn Blake of Gainesboro, TN and Michelle Bottoms of Dixon, TN; her siblings, Ronnie Ray Carnahan Jr. of Franklin, TN and Vickie Brown; her grandchildren, Makayla Ward and Buddy Ray Blake; and her great grandchildren, Willow and Peach Bishop.
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested donations be made to assist with cremation expenses. Donations may be made by contacting the business office of Anderson Upper Cumberland Funeral Home.
