We are sad to announce that on September 13, 2023, at the age of 87, Athylene Moore Hawkins (Gainesboro, Tennessee) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Bill Moore and Dora Edna Netherton Moore; her spouse Jodie "Bud" Hawkins; and her siblings, Willie Moore and Irene Cherry Hatchett.

She is survived by: her children, David Hawkins (Sherry) of Cookeville, TN and Rita Dickens (Melvin) of Cookeville, TN; her grandchildren, Travis Dickens, Dewayne Hawkins, Alicia White (Chris), Tiffany Wilson, Daniel Thompson and Kaycie Thompson; and her great grandchildren, Reanna White, Joseph White, Jacob Wilson, Noah Wilson, Kruz Thompson, Raylan Thompson and Johnny Thompson.

Memorial donations may be made to the Dementia and Alzheimer's Association by contacting the funeral home.
