He was predeceased by: his significant other Dorothy Simerly Robbins; his parents, Carlyle "Dick" Robbins and Mildred C. Robbins; and his siblings, Donald C. Robbins, Howard A. Robbins and Betty K. Weaver.
He is survived by: his sons, David W. (Patricia Robbins) and Joseph L. (Heidi Robbins); his sisters, Norma Helton of Alabama and Diane; his siblings-in-law, Harold Cooper of Friendsville, Sue Robbins of California and June Clark of Maryville; and his niece Peggy White. He is also survived by 3 grandchildren; 6 great-grandchildren.
