He was predeceased by: his parents, Cora Mae Prater and Charles Prater; and his brother Jackie Hugh Prater. He is survived by: his siblings, Brenda Coulter, Ronnie (Pat), Richard (Pat) and Jim (Teresa); and his nieces and nephews, Rhonda Jenkins, Jennifer Prater, Scott Prater (Christi), Kelly Walker (Michael), Lori Davis, Steve Coulter, Shannon Prater and Kama Prater.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the funeral home to cover final expenses.
