She was predeceased by: her parents, Roscoe Widener and Mollie Widener; her husband Ralph Perkins; her son Dennis Perkins; her grandchildren, Ralph A., Lacey and Myla; and her children-in-law, Roy Raines, Rayburn Peak, Roy Hearon and Claire Perkins.
She is survived by: her children, Ronnie Perkins, Tommy Perkins (Shirley, Hobby Perkins), Wayne Perkins (Denyse), Nellie Peak, Shirley Raines, Faye Hearon and Darlene Rudd (Troy). She is also survived by 17 grandchildren, 28 great-grandchildren, and 13 great-great-grandchildren.
