He is survived by: his wife Heidi Robbins of Hong Kong, China; his brother David; his sister-in-law Patty Robbins of Friendsville; his son Ray; his daughter-in-law Ashley Robbins; his granddaughters, Victoria and Isabella Robbins of Maryville; his nephew Shawn Robbins of Friendsville; his niece Renee Robbins; and his cousin Peggy White of Maryville.
