It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charlotte Joyce Kiser of Friendsville, Tennessee, born in Maryville, Tennessee, who passed away on December 16, 2024, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles McCarter and Ruth McCarter; her stepmother Francis (Wayne); and her siblings, Wilma Pratt, Jim and Jack McCarter.
She is survived by: her husband Wayne Kiser; her daughter Anita Summers (Drew); her granddaughter Alicia Hannon (David); her great grandchildren, Brecon and Lila Hannon; her siblings, Betty Owens, Alleen Wilson (Oley), Iris Smith (Michael), Sue Hopkins (Larry) and Charlie McCarter (Shirley); and her stepgranddaughters, Margot and Devin Summers. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
