He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Blackstock and Virgina Blackstock; his brother Buddy Blackstock; and his daughter Faye Lee-Ann Blackstock. He is survived by: his wife Nancy Blackstock; his sons, Brad Price (Kelly) and Blake Price (Sarah); and his siblings, Tom Blackstock (Susan) and Martha Reed (Ronnie). He is also survived by 5 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, February 23rd 2025 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the The Life Event Center (1404 Tuckaleechee Pike, Maryville, TN 37803).
