She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Miller and Bonnie Jean Taylor Thompson, Sr.; and her brother Walter Thompson, Jr. (Bubba). She is survived by: her husband Tim Funderburk; her sons, Patrick Funderburk (Kelly Colvin) of Friendship, TN and Brian Funderburk (Mary Katherine); her sisters, Mary Knox of Alamo, TN, Bonnie Boone of Friendship, TN and Gladys Kay Reynolds of RoEllen, TN; her grandchildren, Holland Funderburk, Austin Jones and Brylee Funderburk; and her great grandchildren, Charlee Jones and Chipper Jones.

Visitation was held on Saturday, October 12th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Friendship Funeral Home (152 Main St, Friendship, TN 38034). A funeral service was held on Sunday, October 13th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
