She was predeceased by: her parents, Hubert Welch and Fern Thompson Welch; and her daughter Debbie Heathcott York. She is survived by: her daughter Daphne Garrett (Bill) of Friendship, TN; her grandchildren, Joe Garrett, Brandy Adams (Chad) and Jody Garrett; and her great grandchildren, Kathryn Garrett, Danny Adams and Haleigh Adams.
