Stuart Caulkins, Jr. and William Gregory Caulkins (Lynne); her siblings, Don Poynor (Sherrie), Michael Poynor (Diane) and Diane Barrett (Brad); her granddaughters, Caitlin Caulkins Mitzel, Dr. Rachel Christine Caulkins (Matthew Still) and Rebecca Grace Caulkins (Corey James); and her stepgrandsons, Reed York (Hannah) and Dr. Scott York (Hannah).
