He was predeceased by: his parents, William Milton and Mary Frances Boyd Hay; his brother Walter Freeman Hay; and his sister-in-law Karen Hay. He is survived by: his wife Jane Bell Hay; and his daughter Lesa Hay.
Visitation will be held on Friday, February 21st 2025 at 12:00 PM and from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Williamson Memorial Funeral Home & Cremation Service (3009 Columbia Ave, Franklin, TN 37064). A memorial service will be held on Friday, February 21st 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
