He was predeceased by: his parents, Calvin Parker and Gwen Parker (Alice Parker); and his siblings, Jack Parker and Susan Parker. He is survived by: his children, Michelle Parker Oakes, Susan Graham (Richard), Rachel Parker Thomas, Josh Mingle and Jessica Boney (Paul); his grandchildren, Summer Gray, Peyton Barron, Halle Oakes, Ellah Oakes, Jessee Graham, Laura Campbell, Savannah Graham, Addison Thomas, Parker Thomas, India Boney and Luca Boney; his sister Drucilla Victory; and his close friend Gary Whitley. He is also survived by ten great-grandchildren.
