He is survived by: his daughter Deborah "Debbie" Caldwell; his daughter-in-law Patsy Davis Heithcock; his grandchildren, Shannon B. Heithcock (Rebecca), Andy M. Heithcock and Amanda L. Baskin; and his great grandchildren, Matthew, Madison, Will, Katie, Lauren Heithcock, Pepsi and Ashton Phomthisene.
