He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Blewett and Cassie Harris Blewett; and his siblings, Virginia Wilson of Auburn, KY, Margie Glover of Atlanta and Joe Vick of Louisville, KY..
He is survived by: his wife Donna Russell; his stepgranddaughters, Natalie and Paige Ferrell; and his sisters, Nancy Gaines of Auburn, KY and Linda Brantley of Louisville, KY. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
