She was predeceased by: her son Ronnie Denis Ragsdale; her parents, James Thomas Brown and Mary Huffman Brown Cox; her stepfather Noah Jackson Cox; and her siblings, Charles Duncan Brown, Joseph Thomas Brown, Robert Brown, Gordon Brown, Eddie Cox, Clinton Cox and Dorothy Marie Brown Sullivan.
She is survived by: her children, Diana Kelley (Wade) of Culleoka and Brett Hammox (Starr) of Portland; her grandchildren, Christopher Brown of Columbia, Colton Brown of Columbia and Megan Ann Davis of Columbia; her great grandchildren, Rylan of Columbia, Hudson Brown of Columbia, Knox Brown of Columbia, Addison of Columbia and Sadie Davis of Columbia; and her brothers, Marvin F. Cox (Emily) of Franklin and Walker Cox (Sheila) of Kentucky. She is also survived by cousins, nieces, and nephews.
