He is survived by: his spouse Shirley Ann Beard; his sons, Rick Miller of Franklin and Ken Miller (David Hamilton) of Mount Juliet, Tennessee; his grandchildren, Chloe Dulesky Madison Ann (JR King) and Finley Grace Brown-Miller; and his cousin Vaughan Delk. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
