It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Toni Packard of Franklin, Tennessee, born in Tallahassee, Florida, who passed away on August 1, 2023, at the age of 65, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Joe Moscheo II and Mary Lee Franklin Moscheo (Lou Packard). She is survived by: her children, Mack Waddey (Stephanie) and Carlee Packard; her grandchildren, London Waddey and Trace Waddey; and her siblings, Joe Moscheo III (Angela), Gina Killebrew (Craig), Angela Moscheo and Mandi Sisk Moscheo.
