It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Thomas Lee Tulloss (Franklin, Tennessee), who passed away on February 27, 2024, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his children, Hershella Gilliam (Doug), Thomas Esmond, Rodriguez Esmond and Antonio Esmond (Stephanie); and his siblings, Willie Tulloss (Mattie), James Allen Floyd (Emma), Emma Collins and Carlotta Lawrence. He was also cherished by nieces, nephews, cousins and many friends.
