He is survived by: his wife Tammy Holifield of Swartz Creek; his sister Patti; his children, Kelli (Ross Porter) and Anthony (Nyssa); his grandchildren, Devin (Chloe), Grace, Nathan, Colin, Shaunacee, Rose, Ethan, Lavinia, Isaac, William, Noah and Benjamin; his great grandchild Avila Miriam; and his nieces and nephews, Brian (Lori), Jason (Tammy), Sara (Micheal), Neena, Tiana, Desiree (Brad), Travis (Jenn), Randy, Crystal, Logan and Connor.
