It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Terry Lynn Baxter of Franklin, Tennessee, born in White Pine, Tennessee, who passed away on June 13, 2023, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Ben Baxter and Josephine'Josie'McCoig Baxter; and his brother George E. Baxter. He is survived by: his wife Leeanne Powers Baxter; his son Benjamin Powers Baxter; his daughter-in-law Sara Ann McNelis; and his granddaughter Charlotte Mae Baxter. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, friends.
