She is survived by: her children, William "Eddie" Proctor, Jr. (Tracy) and Denise Marie Ocker (Bob); her grandchildren, Hannah Ocker Hull (Brandon), Tori Proctor Butler (Blake), Gracie Proctor Vaughn (Clayton), Sara Manuel (Greg) and Maggie Emmick (Cory); her great grandchildren, Madden Butler, Lilah Emmick, Cason Emmick, Eisley Manuel and Elynn Manuel; and her sisters, Anita Brassell (Lynn) and Rita Mai Gaddes.
