He was predeceased by: his parents, H. Lee Faulkner and Christina Sutch Faulkner. He is survived by: his wife Katie Louise Faulkner; his children, Sarah Ann Loving (Andrew), Amy Christina Faulkner, Katie Samantha Williams (Bradley) and Austin Allen Covington Wilson (Yumi); his grandchildren, Eleanor Ann Loving, Lee Alexander Loving, Emily Irene Williams and Eliot Clare Williams; his child Boston; and his pet Beatrice.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks for donations to St. Paul's Episcopal Church or Le Bonheur Children's Hospital in memory of Scott.
