She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Perkins and Kittielee Perkins (McCassland); her husband Walter J. Brunger, Jr.; and her siblings, Henry, Lee, Jesse Perkins, Katherine Teasley and Mary Dunman.
She is survived by: her sons, Jackson Brunger III (Gena) of Franklin, TN, Clifford Brunger (Mary) of Maryland and Michael Brunger (Jill) of Ooltewah, TN; and her brother Guffee Perkins of Fairview, TN. She is also survived by six grandchildren; and thirteen great-grandchildren.
