She is survived by: her husband Harry Vaughan; her daughters, Felicity Tidwell (Scott) and Brittany Mills (Travis); her grandchildren, Chase Tidwell, Tristan Lancaster, Avery Tidwell, Breanna Mills, Macey Claire Tidwell and Addison Mills; and her nephews, Byron Carson (Lisa) of Franklin, TN and Rondall (Jimmy Light-Carson) of Franklin, TN..

Memorials may be made in Kay's memory to the Greens Chapel Cemetery Fund.
