He was predeceased by: his parents, James Adrian Mann and Evelyn Myrl Lemond Mann; his wife Carolyn Rice Rudd Mann; and his siblings, James Mann, Snooky Mann, Don Mann, Marvin Russell Mann, Tommy Mann, Marshall Mann, David Mann, Shirley Wade and Gene Bright.

He is survived by: his children, Randy Mann (Karen) of Union City, TN and Connie Ray (Brian) of Franklin, TN; his grandchildren, Austin Ray of Nashville, TN and Katie Calcado (Jude) of Spring Hill, TN; and his siblings, Johnny Mann (Gladys) of Hampton, VA, Bobby Mann (Myra) of Gilbertsville, KY, Carolyn Duncan (Waymon) of Calvert City, KY and Mae Croft (Bill) of New Albany, IN..
