He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Monroe Booker and Mary Booker; his wife Melissa Booker; his children, Quincy Booker, Sasha Booker (Taylor Wilson) and Fateria Cross (Jonathan); his grandson Hendrix Lamping; his siblings, Charlotte Hall, Janet Booker-Davis, Linda Booker, Brenda Booker, Sherry, Karen Booker, Cyrus Booker (Lillian), Joe Booker and Barry Booker; and his brothers-in-law, Freddie Cross and Louis Jones.
The lying in state was held on Friday, December 27th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Waters Funeral Home (1408 Columbia Ave, Franklin, TN 37064). Visitation was held on Saturday, December 28th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Limestone Missionary Baptist Church (1613 W Main St, Franklin, TN 37064). A funeral service was held on Saturday, December 28th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
