He is survived by: his wife Rita Puckett of Franklin, TN; his son Dontay Puckett (Bliss); his grandchildren, Deontay, Shanta, Amirah and Londyn Puckett; his sister Peggy Chavers; his nephew Corey Smith; his nieces, Crystal and Courtney Smith; and his friend Howard Dixon.
Visitation was held on Friday, November 1st 2024 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Williamson Memorial Funeral Home & Cremation Service (3009 Columbia Ave, Franklin, TN 37064). A graveside service was held on Saturday, November 2nd 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Pinecrest Memorial Gardens (2391 Nashville Hwy, Columbia, TN 38401).
