He was predeceased by: his former wife Karen Bass Hayes; and his parents, Dorothy Hayes and Odie Hayes. He is survived by: his wife Renee Hayes; his children, Craig Hayes (Melissa), Chris Hayes (Riley) and Cassie Hayes; and his granddaughters, Leighton and Collins (Connor). He is also survived by several extended family and friends.
