She was predeceased by: her father Emil Formo; her husband Peter Babalian; and her siblings, Harlan Formo and Elaine Moe. She is survived by: her children, Michelle Babalian of Overland Park, KS, Denise Bollinger (Dennis) of Franklin, TN and Mark Babalian (Rebecca) of Ocala, FL; her sister Vionne Johnson; her grandchildren, Jason Bollinger (Ann), Julie Bollinger, Alexandra Babalian (Jason Thul), Margaux Babalian, Lisette Babalian and Jack Babalian; and her great grandchild Brooks Bollinger. She is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Platte Woods United Methodist Church to the Peter and Phyllis Babalian Memorial Scholarship Fund which is distributed to any church member for post high school education in any field such as trade, vocational or collegiate.
