She is survived by: her husband Bill Smith; and her children, Julie Kerry, Jim Smith (Julie), Mark Smith (Marilyn), Paul Smith (Maria), David Smith (Cara) and Sarah Foutch (Steve). She is also survived by 12 grandchildren, and 4 great-grandchildren.
