She was predeceased by: her parents, Eric Smith and Tessie Smith; and her brother Billy Smith. She is survived by: her husband Ray Downey; her siblings, Jimmy Smith, Betty Keener, Virginia Burnley, Buck Smith and Nancy Belangia; her children, Lisa (Jerry) and Rusty (Holly); her grandchildren, Austin Blanchard (Rachel), Allison Blanchard, Jacob Downey, McKenna David (Andrew) and Savannah Downey; and her children, Jude, Nolan and Grady Blanchard. She is also survived by her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
