He was predeceased by: his parents, Rev. William Owen and Martha Owen; and his sister Carol. He is survived by: his wife Shirley; his daughters, Dawn Parrish (Charlie), Eve Turner (Allen), Renee Baker (Dexter) and Christina Foster (Steven); his grandchildren, Jessie Dishman (Brandon), Jeremy Dishman, Paige VanDohlen, Garrett Daubenberger, Breeanna Phillips and Jake Scott; his sister Joanna Burda (Felix); his niece Rachel Quinley (Josh); and his nephew Joel Burda (Kayleigh). He is also survived by great-grandchildren and 1 great-great-grandchild.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Paul's name to the Glioblastoma Foundation.
