We are sad to announce that on November 28, 2024 we had to say goodbye to Nellie Kinzer Underwood Elder (Franklin, Tennessee). You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Kinzer and Margaret Kinzer; and her husbands, James Edward Underwood and Jim Elder. She is survived by: her sons, James Edward "Ed" Underwood Jr. (Monica), David Marshall Underwood (Jackie) and Timothy Ray Underwood (Susan); her stepson Wade Elder; and her grandchildren, Allie Wills (Cody), James Underwood, Jacob Underwood, Jeremiah Underwood (Heather Dunn), James Levi Underwood (Yasmine), Rachel Simmons (Drew) and Joshua Underwood (Mattie). She is also survived by ten great grandchildren, and many loving Elder family members.
Visitation was held on Friday, December 13th 2024 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Saturday, December 14th 2024 from 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM. A memorial service was held on Saturday, December 14th 2024 at 11:00 AM at 4241 Arno Rd, Franklin, TN 37064.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the charity of your choice.
