She was predeceased by: her parents, Lawrence Crutcher and Annie Crutcher; and her brother Robert Crutcher. She is survived by: her daughter Tina Shreeve (Ken); her grandchildren, Andrew Shreeve (Hayley), Jack Shreeve and Sarah Shreeve; her great grandchild Noah; her siblings, Larry Wayne Crutcher and Ann Morrison (Hank); and her former husband David Vanderpool. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
