He is survived by: his daughters, Amy Lampley (Terry) of Chapel Hill, TN, Jackie Stokes (Chip) of Unionville, TN, Kelly Holt of Rockvale, TN and Amanda Holt of College Grove, TN; his grandchildren, Hunter Lampley (Lacey), Sydney Lampley, Natalie Lampley, Holden Stokes, Laurel Stokes and Lucas Stokes; his great grandchild Addilyn Lampley; and his siblings, Gene Holt (Elaine) of Columbia, TN and Patsy Maynord of Columbia, TN. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.
