He is survived by: his wife Patricia Carlisle; his children, Joshua Carlisle (Mary) and Rebekah Lutz (Joshua); his grandchildren, Hannah Holtz (Josh), Isaac Carlisle (Maddy), Isaac Suggs, Sarah Carlisle, Elizabeth Suggs, Gabriel Carlisle, Elijah Lutz and Esther Carlisle; his great grandchild Rose Holtz; and his mother-in-law Peggy Davis.
