He is survived by: his parents, Robert Puckett (Pam) of Florida and Pat Flohr (Dave) of South Carolina; his wife Pamela Puckett of Franklin, TN; his sons, Michael, Jr. Puckett (Samantha) of Gaithersburg, MD, Benjamin Puckett (Laura) of Spring Hill, TN, Matthew Puckett (Kerri) of Summerville, SC and Kevin Puckett (Jessica) of Spring Hill, TN; and his grandchildren, Magdalene, Anders, Hadassah, Judah, Uriah, Ezra, Asa, August and Ivy.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to The Glioblastoma Foundation, Second Harvest Food Bank or SOME of Washington DC.
