He is survived by: his wife Teresa Gary of Franklin, TN; his daughters, Sarah Kmita (Travis) of Nashville, TN and Raychel Gary (Peter Kristensen) of Portland, OR; his grandsons, Graham and Quinn Kmita; and his pets, Raven and Zeva.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Jude's Childrens Research Hospital or the Salvation Army.
