She was predeceased by: her parents, William McKee and Hattie Edgmon McKee; and her brother William "Bubba" McKee. She is survived by: her husband Larry Sweeney; her son Joshua Burton Sweeney; her sister Shirlie McKee King; and her nieces, Teresa Core and Jenni Burton.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, November 12th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Williamson Memorial Funeral Home & Cremation Service (3009 Columbia Ave, Franklin, TN 37064). A graveside service was held on Tuesday, November 12th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society or to the Williamson County Animal Shelter.
